Thanksgiving is upon us and this year we are extra thankful for many things. We are excited to have our team spend some quality time with loved ones to continue celebrating what they may be thankful for. If you are based in Palm Beach County and looking for something extra to do with family and friends, here we share a few of our favorite local options.

First off, The Turkey Trot! Can’t forget this annual tradition for those active individuals It happens annually in Palm Beach from 6-11am on Thanksgiving Day. This is a great way to kick off your Thanksgiving and get ready for all the indulging later on. Other options include heading to your favorite local restaurant for their special Thanksgiving dinner. Many restaurants will have curated menus and options for larger groups if you are not up to cooking a feast. Head anywhere such as Beacon in Jupiter all the way down to the kitchen in WPB. Many menus are fixed and have a price per person, so check out each option and make sure you lock in that reservation.

For those that are looking to give back, many places do a food bank for those less fortunate. We love being able to give back to the local community and volunteering at these food banks or soup kitchens is one way. Some make it a group effort prior to their own celebration and we love that. If you don’t go through an actual event, another way to give back is to go grocery shopping for those that may be more vulnerable and unable to go this year. There are several organizations that you can source this through but check with each one as some restrictions apply due to COVID-19.

Most importantly, just remember what you are thankful for this year and enjoy the time with family and friends. Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours!
