During these difficult times, we have shifted the way we work at Treasure Pools as many companies have. Every client at Treasure Pools is set up with their own point person allowing them easy access to this one person that follows their construction job from start to finish. This person initially finds out what the client’s needs are, what they are looking for and then share how we can help. Once the team member has initially engaged with the client, they will then go in the backyard to do an audit of the space. Whenever someone from the Treasure Pools team visits the home, they will not come into contact with anyone, but they will set up a time with the homeowner so they are aware when someone will be in their yard.
After the initial visit, the designated team member puts together a detailed 3D drawing along with an estimate and presents it virtually. They can present this virtually via Zoom, FaceTime, Team viewer or any other application that is preferred to the homeowner. This is for the safety of the homeowner and our own team members. Some of the additional safety measures that are being taken for our employees are not allowing homeowners in the backyard when they are present. We are also limiting our trucks to only 2 people per truck vs. 4-5.
So how long will it take for my pool to be completed? Of course, everything is aligned with the changing government guidelines, but the current estimated completion time for a new construction job is 8-11 weeks. We are also still doing remodeling jobs and those mostly take under 4 weeks, dependent on what exactly is being done.
