Our swimming pool of the month was just completed in the lovely neighborhood of Parkland. This new construction job includes a stunning 360 spillover spa with quite a few other unique additions. The spa within the pool is also fully tiled with gorgeous blue and green tone glass tiles. These tiles really shimmer and beautifully bounce the light off of them. It also is easily enjoyable for guests that do not wish to get in the actual swimming pool. On the other side of the pool, there is a raised wall with three scuppers. Scuppers openings on the side of the wall where water spews out, very similar to a waterfall. There is also a tiled sun shelf where adults and children can easily enjoy the shallow water and can easily place an umbrella or chairs. We love sun shelfs in Florida as they help you cool off without having to take a deep dive in the water!
Not only is the pool a stunner, but the pool is run by a full automation system. This system allows the homeowner to control all aspects of the pool remotely from their phone The house sits in a beautiful Parkland neighborhood and has lush landscaping throughout the backyard. Additionally, underneath the covered area attached to the house, there is an outdoor kitchen accompanied by a custom grill and comfortable outdoor furniture.
